Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Services
The Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center, located in the Karte-Char area of Kabul, has separate male, female and children's facilities. The staff consists of one full-time physiotherapy (PT) director, two full-time PT teachers, four full-time therapists, one full-time PT assistant and one part-time PT assistant. Of the professional staff, four are women and five are men.
M. Yasin Farid has worked with PARSA for over 10 years. As PARSA's National Director, he oversees 12 staff members who work with over 225 patients each month. He also oversees and teaches training programs for physiotherapists and physiotherapist assistants.
The normal center hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday through Wednesday, and 8:00 am to noon on Thursday. The clinic is closed on Friday.
