The staff greatly appreciates the new computers donated by Caroline Firestone and the New Hudson Foundation

PARSA's administrative offices at Marastoon ("the place that gives help") are open Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Offices are closed on Friday and Saturday, and occasionally the administrative offices are closed for seminars and training

Administration is responsible for managing donor and government reporting, office operations, event planning, translation, and driver scheduling.

PARSA’s directors and staff are tenured, experienced, and resourceful, and have assisted Mary MacMakin and Marnie Gustavson in developing PARSA into an organization that supports the reconstruction of Afghanistan. They are joined by international consultants as they develop into professionals that can manage an international non-governmental organization.
